I don't know if this applies to you, but I have ATT and when I was waiting to upgrade for the longest time it said I couldn't do so until May, but then I checked again about a month later and they had moved up my upgrade date by a few months. I think there's some sort of perk they give you for being a loyal customer that allows you to upgrade after about a year and a half or so??? Maybe? I can ask my geeks for you if you want! For the love of the iPhone! Bummer dude!
