Do you ever get so stressed and overwhelmed that you just don’t have the energy to do anything outside of your “need to live” requirements? I mean things like showering, going to work, eating… all things you need to do to survive, though showering might be questionable. I am in that stage right now. Packing is going really well, right on track, but everything else in life seems to take too much effort. Like blogging.
Did everyone have a nice three-day weekend? Mine was very productive and very expensive since we bought a tv and an entertainment center. Doh! And despite all the packing and spending, I still managed to squeak in some relaxation time. I did go on strike against the Internet. I would probably still be on strike if I didn’t sit at a computer during the work day. Checking email and reading blogs is too much work right now. Crazy right? The Internet was my get away, my escape from things that made me think, but not these days. I am having to conserve all my energy to keep packing. That means no wasting brain cells to write clever blog posts. Sorry I am not out there reading either! I have checked in on a few of my daily reads, but it has been sparse and commenting is even sparser (like my made-up word).
Sorry for the whining, the end is near, I promise! Official moving day is in one week. I will be around this week (come back for my idea on how to top Jon and Kate plus 8). Don’t count on seeing me much next week. If you never hear from me again, call 911, I am probably buried under a pile of box.
Hugs and kisses, miss you bunches!
P.S. My new 52″ tv kicks ass, though I totally had no plans on buying one!
P.P.S. Moving post #1,349. Only seven more to go!

I totally know how you feel about being so overwhelmed and busy, so you will get no flack from me! Plus, I think packing and moving is one of the biggest pains in the you-know-what EVER. I’m glad to hear it’s not going too bad, and that you are managing to squeeze in SOME relaxation time! Congrats on your new purchases too…at least you will have those to look forward to in your new home!
Heh you just described my last 3 weeks! I went days without even turning the computer on!
What is it about a new house that demands a new TV?
