You go girl! I'm trying to loose a few myself! Isn't it crazy how much eating out adds up? Not just in cost but calories! I just bought a weight watchers cook book from Costco. I'm not officially doing weight watchers, but they have a ton of healthy, yummy recipies! Keep it up and gooc luck!

I don't know if you like salmon, but if you do this recipe is very yummy!

Baked Salmon w/ Tomatoes, Spinach and Mushrooms

Cooking time: 25 minutes.
Baking temp: 375 degrees.

4 Salmon fillets
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/3 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing

Place salmon fillets, skin sides down, in 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix remaining ingredients until well-blended; spoon over salmon.

Easy, healthy and flavorful!

Deep-Dish Pizza Casserole

1 pound ground round
1 (15 ounce) can chunky Italian-style tomato sauce
(Cooking spray
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
6 (1 ounce) slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided

Cook meat in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring until it crumbles. Drain, if necessary, and return to skillet. Add tomato sauce, and cook until heated.

While meat cooks, coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Unroll pizza crust dough, and press into bottom and halfway up sides of baking dish. Line bottom of pizza crust with 3 slices mozzarella cheese. Top with meat mixture. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes.

Top with remaining 3 cheese slices, and bake 5 additional minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Servings: 6 - 6 WW points per serving
